Raisenow has been working with us for over 5 years now! They have always gone above & beyond our expectations by being able reach out when we need them or just having an open conversation about how they could help improve things from their end too (which is great!). We started off looking into other providers but came across lots of issues relating specifically around marketing/campaigns etc which was not something I felt comfortable entrusting outside companies as far back then what would be needed today!! If anyone's thinking "I've heard good reviews", talk through this first because there will probably some very valuable lessons learned here. 1) The customer service - nothing bad so much; however if anything goes wrong after speaking via email initially contact gets lost somewhere between internal teams2). Our account manager / project coordinator never got involved until many months had passed3.) A lot more detail required than others4.). Some campaigns do take longer time periods before getting.
