Great EMR software and support team

I like that this application was designed for my practice, it has all of our information in one place which makes accessing data easy! It seems as if there were some issues with upgrades or updates within recent years but they have been working hard at getting those resolved now so we are happy users again!! We never had any problems prior to being upgraded from VistA 7 until recently (2018). Our staff loves how organized everything can be through their iPads/phones - no more paper charts taking up space.

Pros

Simple
Easy access via smart phones & tablets
Ability track medications / allergies very easily.
User friendly interface is great too because when new techs come into your office you don’t need training them since its user friendly :)
