Review on 🤖 Enhanced Jar Opening Performance: Robotwist Deluxe 7321 Automatic Jar Opener with Increased Torque, as Featured on TV by Devin Jirsa

At the beginning of October I really wanted to get myself a NEW Robotwist - one of the jaws holding the lid to be removed fell off and broke. So when I bought a new one and saw that the model advertised had "higher torque for improved can opening performance" I figured the new one would be even better than my previous model. Not right! The FIRST one I got had a very noisy "scuffing" motor that sounded like the whole machine was falling apart. When I held him, he shook my hands very vigorously. So I sent the FIRST one back via Revain's return service and while it was on its way back to them via UPS, Revain arranged for the SECOND Robotwist to be shipped to me as a replacement. He took a spare set out of the box, put in the batteries, and turned it on. This car didn't sound or feel like it was falling apart; it actually had a very faint rumble - probably because the jaws weren't moving at all! I replaced the batteries and tried again. The jaws still haven't moved. At this point I was very upset that I had received a SECOND defective unit, so on October 18th I sent back a SECOND Robotwist via the Revain-UPS return process and requested a refund of the purchase price. I don't understand how or why this product became so useless when the original I had was such a good kitchen gadget!
