Works great so far (5 days, lots of cups of tea). Smaller bean teas do slide a bit, but overall baskets work better than alternatives I've used in the past. Rooibos doesn't sell much either. I have not yet used a long stem for brewing as I fell in love with the other two teapots immediately. This is the easiest opening mechanism I've come across - some require a bit of effort, but not this one. The construction is light but seems solid enough so far. They are quite small which is nice as they fit well in my small cups. Both baskets can be used to brew a teapot for about 4-5 cups of strong tea.
