I like the taste very much. It's low carb and keto friendly. And it definitely has quality ingredients. Two things make it killer for me: first, the mega dose of caffeine. Even part of the serving (1/4 the recommended amount) gave me migraines. I knew caffeine was listed as an ingredient, but when it arrived after reading the label, it contained a whopping 300mg per serving! That's about as much caffeine as two (x2) 2 liter sodas! And it's caffeine anhydrous, which I believe is even stronger than regular caffeine. Not sure if this applies to 300mg and how, but around 10mg gives me a headache. I totally understand that this brand has done some research on the benefits of caffeine before a workout or before a performance. But I also know from research and news that pre-workout caffeine leads to blood clots and heart attacks. . I typically pay around 25 cents per serving for pre-workout drink mixes. For me this is a pass.
