I bought this beard trimmer and as soon as I received it I looked for a video on how to set up and use the trimmer and found that this trimmer wasn't even on the Posted on manufacturer's website, not to mention they didn't have a video. I was even tired of googling, and it wasn't even on google. I think the manufacturer would have at least posted it on their own website before attempting to sell the product. I think they think it's a good deal to just sell the product and not endorse it. I emailed them asking for help to get an email with only the instruction manual attached when I asked for a video. I prefer a video because I have trouble understanding what I'm reading without reading it 5 times first and reading slowly. I never got the help I wanted so I plan on just returning the trimmer which I haven't even used yet as I don't know how to use it.
