It's not worth it. Just buy a regular thermometer.

This product was very difficult to stir. Part of the spatula didn't stay stable while stirring, making having a spatula meaningless. The thermometer power button is on the end, so if you press it while stirring, it will turn off. I cannot recommend this particular thermometer. look elsewhere
