Less than two months in use and broken

Remote control available but it no longer works properly. I've changed the batteries a few times, but the volume buttons don't work until I press the remote to my hand or remove and reinsert the batteries. I would not recommend it. Update 03/15/2020: The remote control doesn't work at all now. Purchased on 01/11/2020.
