Review on Mikrotik RouterBOARD hEX Lite RB750r2 - 5-Port POE Router with 10/100 Speeds and OSL4 Support by Matt Nichols

This is a really great product for the price, but it should be noted that it's PoE only in the sense that it can be powered over an Ethernet connection; If I'm not missing anything, it doesn't seem to power any other device via PoE. RouterOS (an embedded operating system) offers many of the features of a much more expensive product for those knowledgeable about networking, and is configured from the command line (via ssh) or a surprisingly good web interface.
