I like how easy it is to use with our website, we can set up all of them in minutes! We're able to see traffic information right away without having to pay for another platform to do so! It does not have as many features that other platforms are more known for, but what's there works well enough. Their support team is fast and efficient which makes solving problems easier than some others out here (we've used competitors before). Just because you cannot upgrade your account at times doesn't mean they don't care about their customers- they actually respond quickly when issues arise. They offer both an API solution too. Great service overall - super friendly staff who will help get things setup correctly or answer any questions if you need assistance along the way. The best part? All data stays within clickinc itself - no 3rd party services taking anything from us.
