This cable does not work at all. I plugged it in and got nothing. ** TO UPDATE. After posting this review, I received an email from the seller stating that there was a bug earlier in the release that required you to connect a TV/monitor in front of your Mac. This actually solved the problem, and not only that, they also sent me a new HDMI to USB Type-C (Thunderbolt 3) cable and adapter. I didn't get a chance to try any of them but their customer service was amazing. With so much debt, I knew before I even tried that I would be stuck with duds. Nice to see that there are still some who do the right thing with their customers! Many Thanks
