Easy to use and easy to clean

Advantages: Easy to use and easy to clean. You can do anything and everything in Hamburger! Disadvantages: none. TLDR: The Grillaholics Stuffed Burger Press is awesome. After a quick internet search, the most popular stuffed burger recipe was made with diced onions, jalapeno peppers, and jack pepper cheese. I prepped all the ingredients and then made my first patty using a hamburger press. Add ground beef to the bottom of the patty (I found the perfect amount after a few tries)2. Press down the inner mold and then remove it to make a regular sized cake with a cavity in it3. Put a good amount of rai (onion, jalapeno and pepper) in the crater4. Starting from the outside, fill the rest of the top with ground beef5. Press down on the patty with the flat shape to seal the sky inside the patty. Now I have a burger, but there's one more thing to do7. Spread Worcestershire on patty, then season with salt/pepper8. I smoked burgers at 240 degrees with pecans for an hour and a half, turning once halfway through. BEST BURGER OF MY LIFE My family now wants me to make burgers every weekend and I don't mind. There are so many combinations I want to try. My wife wants her next to be filled with red wine and garlic mushrooms and topped with melted Swiss cheese. I'm trying to put a fried egg in a burger, they say to freeze the boiled egg so it doesn't get crushed all over when you put it in the patty, and then thaw while the meat cooks. With this secret weapon, I'll become the GOD of burgers among my friends and family!
