Bought this item a few days ago. Today we are FINALLY using it for the first time. Wow, Sunday morning pancakes! My husband praises his chef today. He particularly likes the extra wide opening for adding ingredients and the pressure release cap at the bottom. He hates carrying more mix than in a shaker. It was definitely a strict two-handed deal, but when it came to the shaking, it reminded me of those "shake weight" things, so be prepared for some cardio. As with most mixes, they tend to settle, so he found a good shake between pancakes also helps. Great breakfast came out. We tried them on our new Gotham Steel Pancake Bonanza Copper pan. Can't say where we got it from, of course, but it was "great value" for the price we paid ;) Cleaning our blender was a breeze anyway. A little soap, water and a cocktail really did the trick. Overall, I (and my husband) highly recommend this item. It was a fantastic price, the delivery was too cute and the design definitely won. THANKS to the woman who created it :)
