This is plastic from my originals. I used 2 different cooking lines on my old pot. You can see that they are destroyed and it's time for a new one. Have had them for several years now. It fits perfectly! But I just want it to be the original cable shown in the picture. Because now I have to throw away my original, which looks exactly as advertised. Overall this is a copy of the old one and I'm sure it will be easy to find, thanks. Recommend.
