Background shading in all colors is a lot of fun :)
Arrived a bit messy but I can't tell it's the product. A very good choice of colors for the price. I use them for my coloring books as I am not an artist but an amateur. So I learn on the side, but I enjoy it. They're easy to blend for a background if you use a utility knife and shave the chalk dust (mix with the paper with a facial cotton pad) all over the background, highlighting the corners or creating a frame. Looks. It's a nicer view than just leaving it blank. You should really spray the side with fixative - Peta Hewitt has some great Y-Tube videos on it. Once I get the box in order I'm happy with it. They should hold out for a while.
