This software is wonderful for managing multi-contact center

I highly recommend this product if you need to manage multiple contact centers from one single system, it's easy to use even by your employees who don't have much experience in IT systems yet they are able touse all functions of CCP very well without any problem atall! Very good support team too which helps us alot when we face problems related our products usage. The price should also drop down more so people would feel comfortable using such expensive softwares like these since there really no other cheap alternatives out here nowdays unless u wanna go back to old fashion way (which doesn'y work anyway). Try solving some issues yourself first before paying someone else because sometimes i faced situations where customer just does not want my solution after asking me questions about how do their stuff works etc.. Just try everything once & see what fits ur needs best =.
