Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

Got poisoned.

In the morning I drank the norm, a teaspoon. The training was hard and painful. All evening I was tormented by a stopped stomach and vomiting. I drank a bunch of activated charcoal and threw the can in the trash. Somehow calmed down. Showed inefficiency in training. It's not creatin. I came to the store to quarrel, and they have already removed the entire Be first from the shelves, everyone complains about different means.

My vow is nothing more than this brand and everything domestic in general.
