I don't know why I haven't received this for so long. It is very well made and comes with different sized bar liners and two inner liners for different sized drinks. I mounted mine on the top bar of the engine guard - I ride a Kawasaki Vulcan S 650. It's out of the way but easily accessible at a bus stop or roadside stop. You can mount it freely swinging or fixed. I fixed mine as otherwise it would tend to bang against the frame.
