I don't know why I haven't received this for so long. It is very well made and comes with different sized bar liners and two inner liners for different sized drinks. I mounted mine on the top bar of the engine guard - I ride a Kawasaki Vulcan S 650. It's out of the way but easily accessible at a bus stop or roadside stop. You can mount it freely swinging or fixed. I fixed mine as otherwise it would tend to bang against the frame.

I ordered a pair to try on and this is my favorite. Not too big and the black one was perfect for my bike. I love that I can mount it anywhere on the handlebars and adjust it so most cups are covered by my windshield. I liked the two different foam inserts to allow for different sized cups/bottles. This cup holder is beautiful, made of metal, feels good and is durable. The problem I have is that you have to mount it stationary or where it will rotate. I installed it tightly, and the screw sometimes unscrews. The first time this happened I figured I'd just drop it and let it spin. The problem is that every tall drink makes it heavy and the cup holder tips over. The more it rotates, the looser the bolt that attaches the cup holder to the bike also gets. Cup holder Not quite like the photo. The solid piece pictured between the shell and handlebar clamp is not a solid black piece between the shell and clamp but a compressible rubber washer which is disappointing. I will try to replace this part with something more durable. With that in mind, they should change the image to reflect the actual product you are receiving AND lower the price.
