These sweatpants are so comfortable and warm! I bought them specifically to run outside in the fall/winter, but wearing them at home is also nice because they are comfortable. I would suggest rate. I usually wear a medium in sweatpants and such. I wear 8-10" pants, am 5'6" tall and weigh 170 pounds. The big one fits perfectly. The zip pockets really drew me in. Postal code. These are deep enough for your phone, keys, and a few other essentials, and because they close I can run with confidence without worrying about something falling out. I'm tempted to buy another pair so I can have two!
