So I used these strips on my two dogs, both Rottweilers. The first time I used it was on my dog who kept licking a spot of bacterial infection on the skin above her paw. It worked like a charm! She recovered thanks to the medication and the fact that she had finally left him alone long enough to heal. It worked so well for her that I decided to give it a try when her little brother (who has so many allergies I can't understand) started licking the spot between his paws until it bled. A sound on his tongue and a flick and we were able to get him to stop licking and heal. Although neither of us liked it, it was a lot easier for both of us than the socks I tried. The strip was only wrapped around his "wrist" to prevent him from walking on it and wearing out quickly. He went outside to the toilet as usual, no matter the grass was wet or not, the ringing only occurs when he licks. I highly recommend them but also wish they were more affordable. Getting it from my vet doubled the price so not too bad considering that.
