Kronos Turns out great when paired up together
The most beneficial part about using this software is that it helps you in managing all of your employees within one platform which makes my life easier as an administrator. I dislike that there are so many different platforms where each provides its own set of benefits or problems depending upon what they offer. This has made it hard to decide which system would be best for us since we have multiple offices across the country with varying needs. We use this software at our main office to manage employee schedules but also use it at other locations throughout the year.
Pros
- Easy interface
- Ease when scheduling shifts/shifts created easily.
- Manage attendance without resorting too much time spent inputting data manually into Excel spreadsheet (which takes forever!)
- Ability create customizable calendars from previous weeks, months etc.to plan accordingly!
Cons
- Can't print out shift cards automatically
