I have been grilling on it for more than six months, the device is excellent, I like it. There are 2 minuses - this is, as I described above, a thermometer, but this can be attributed to a manufacturer's defect, and a charcoal tray. The pallet itself is well made, but it supports the burning of the coal itself very poorly. There are few holes that are cut in the transverse stiffeners. There are no holes at the very bottom, so the coal loses heat quite quickly, especially if you put wood chips on top. What is drawn in the picture is supposedly a super thoughtful airflow, there is still air movement with arrows shown around the coals - . Coal does not even burn out completely, it simply goes out (I use only WEBER). The tray is divided by 3 such ribs, one of which runs exactly in the center, which is why it is not convenient to put a container for collecting fat when cooking Low & Slow, you have to subsute something under one edge so that it does not swing. As a result, after suffering for a couple of months, I decided to design the pallet myself, based on my personal operating experience. I ordered it in production, made the necessary number of ventilation holes and it all worked. The heat keeps stable for 3-4 hours, the coal burns all into dust, nothing goes out, even when a container with wood chips is placed. As a result, I give this grill 4, because there is room for improvement, but in general I highly recommend it.
