The best knife! I'm picky about knives and this one is very sharp. I liken it to a surgical knife. Its serrated ends are smaller and closer together than some other knives I've come across. Maybe that's why it cuts so well. From time to time I accidentally hit my finger with other new knives and nothing happened. This knife, I'd hit my finger and oh cut it good. He's that sharp. Not only does it cut my fingers, but it does an excellent job of slicing food! The handle is also a good length for those with large hands. It's better than slicing butter! In general, I will order more!
