good and bad design best in feeding bowls

Firstly it wasn't "fits all sizes of birdcage" because it didn't fit mine. The bars on my cage are 1 inch apart. I liked that you could hang the feeder/waterer both inside and outside, but the bad news is that you had to wait until both feeders were completely empty before watering or refilling the feed again. The "tube" it was in had to be pulled out of the base to fill, not filled from the top so water or food would squirt out in the process.
