Installation went well. Keep in mind that if you want the normal position to be as flat as possible (close to the wall); You need to install the base exactly on the (centered) position. If you don't mind moving it away from the wall, you have a small way to adjust it by moving the TV away from the wall to center it. Therefore, check the position of the wooden studs. If you have 16" stands on your wall, you have a little wiggle room to move the base from side to side to try and center the base on the wall. I like the feature that allows you to pull the TV out of the wall to plug it in and adjust the position of the TV (side to side and angle position). Our TV was above the dresser in the bedroom so place the TV on top of that Wall was OK which we had to do to center the TV.
