I just bought this to replace the exact same model that has been running literally non stop for maybe 7 years except when I shut it down to clean/replace the filters. We parked this little one next to the cat crates in the basement. This helps control odor and eliminates the cat litter problem with everything in the basement that we previously had. Uses three HEPA filters. They're a little pricey, but I always vacuum them up after the first month or two and leave them running for the next session. Did I say it works great? Filters are available as subscription and storage items, so they come in handy when I need to change them.
