I used it once to mount Stan tires on bike tires. It worked as I expected. I put a plastic tube in my Stan bottle and sucked it into the syringe. The syringe holds the perfect two ounces. I inserted a plastic tube into the valve stem and inserted Stan. To clean it, I did the same with water. I'm happy with that. From the picture it looks like it comes with a valve removal tool. I did not receive it in my delivery. I have one, so I wasn't exactly disappointed (I kind of figured this part wasn't coming because they usually cost $10 or more on their own). Doesn't really need a shutoff valve to use with the Stan. The stan is thick enough not to leak out of the pipe.
