The support is great as they are always willing to help you! Their software works well in our environment and has been easy to integrate into other systems that we use such as SharePoint. We've had some difficulty integrating their system with ours but it's just because of how differently our environments operate. For example, while their product can do O365 mail integration, they have no way to handle Exchange email at this time (otherwise known as ActiveSync). That being said, there's not much else to dislike about them. If I were asked again I would select another solution. They just don't make enough money from us to continue supporting them so when something goes wrong or isn't working properly we lose interest pretty quickly. Instead, we end up replacing them with one of several competing products. Email integration between MSO and Cloud environments.
