This is my edited review after 3 months. After my initial review, the company contacted me and asked if I was interested in a new search engine, aiko, which they would send me for free. The representative mentioned that the problem was with the app and that's why I was struggling, but they updated the app, fixed the problem and wanted me to try again. Well, I'm very happy to report that it definitely works a lot better now. The app and aiko finder work well together and it now beeps when I try to find my keys and the app now also tells me when the battery is low. I've tested it all over the house and even left the keys in the car in the garage. Although I couldn't hear it inside the house, I could hear the warning as I walked into the garage. So far I've been very happy with the product and I'm glad the company reached out to me to try again. Do not buy! I read that some people weren't happy with it, but I decided to buy it and see for myself. I bought it mainly because it is rechargeable. The app is supposed to warn me when the battery is low but it never did and then it died so I couldn't find my keys right away. When I'm a few feet away and press AIKO to find my phone, my phone doesn't alarm. The same thing. This only happens when the app is actually open and then the alarm sounds. And to find my keys, I have to be very close to him. The furthest keys I had were either in my garage or upstairs and my old finder key could ring it. I'm more than disappointed. Will definitely be returning this.
