It's very easy to use for customers when dealing with their billing department or accounts payable/payments personnel as it has an excellent interface that allows you to navigate easily from screen-to-screen without having to open multiple windows (or tabs). The only thing I dislike is how difficult it was at first getting used to navigating through screens using this tool versus doing so manually via Excel would be great if possible! But once your familiar its really not too hard of work switching over. We have been able to streamline our processes by automating many tasks previously done manual such transferring money between bank account, transfer funds internally within organization etc. I like that it is very easy to use and it is very simple to implement and configure.It is very fast and it is very easy to use. I dislike that the software is very expensive, and the support is also very expensive. I can say that it is the best software for contact center. It is very easy and simple to use. It is very fast. It is very reliable. It is very easy to configure and implement.
