MicrobaseCTI Review

It's very easy to use for customers when dealing with their billing department or accounts payable/payments personnel as it has an excellent interface that allows you to navigate easily from screen-to-screen without having to open multiple windows (or tabs). The only thing I dislike is how difficult it was at first getting used to navigating through screens using this tool versus doing so manually via Excel would be great if possible! But once your familiar its really not too hard of work…
