Honestly great!: Powder

This pre-workout contains no niacin and is one of the cleanest. The taste isn't that bad, but the pre-workout taste isn't usually great. Beta Alanine can produce natural immune system responses in some people (in my case my face is itchy after use), but the response passes quickly. This fantastic product has helped me improve my workout tenfold! I don't feel like I'm going to crash afterwards either. I will definitely buy this product again as well as several others I have used from Redcon. Excellent stuff.
