I have had a lot of different pre-workouts over the last few years. Overall this is one of the best I've had. It has a high dosage of citrulline and beta-alanine. These are the two most important ingredients in my opinion. It has a decent dosage of caffeine without being over the top. Total War is the perfect balance to keep you energized without going overboard. Sour Gummy is pretty tasty and I have 2 other flavors I want to try.

Having tried several pre workouts recently I think I will stick with this product for a while, great pumps, lots of energy and recovery between heavy sets is next level. It's a bit potent, so if you're not used to pre-workout supplements, start with half a scoop. If you're looking for something serious for a day of squats or deadlifts, the Total War stack with Big Noise is the way to go, my current favorite stack. Flavor is about 9/10 for a green apple, so that's not bad either.

This pre-workout contains no niacin and is one of the cleanest. The taste isn't that bad, but the pre-workout taste isn't usually great. Beta Alanine can produce natural immune system responses in some people (in my case my face is itchy after use), but the response passes quickly. This fantastic product has helped me improve my workout tenfold! I don't feel like I'm going to crash afterwards either.
