This is the second time I buy this product. I also compared to Olaplex and absolutely didn't like Olaplex. This product was the best for my hair. Of course, all people who work in the hair salon will say that this is a bad product. You have to earn a living. It's clear. I give 4 stars because on my second order I received the item with no original box, no instructions and no box. Update: I requested a replacement and received a new product today. This time I got instructions. I never received the box in the presentation but that's okay. At least I got instructions. It's been a while since I've used this product and I've lost the instructions that came with my first order last year. Product is good, quality control (brochure not included), product presentation is not as good as it was. The company sent me the following message regarding the product without a gift box: ** "Thank you for your message. Many of our customers have told us they don't use the original packaging and just end up throwing it away, and they suggested using reusable/recyclable shipping packaging instead to reduce waste, and we agreed."
