Using Cricut branded floor mats with your Cricut machine takes the guesswork out of whether a product will fit, be damaged, or just be a waste of money. I would definitely recommend these Cricut mats for projects using thick, high-quality card stock. These mats do a great job of keeping project materials in place. An important characteristic of these mats is that when brand new they tend to be quite sticky. Lightweight cardstock, cheap poster board, or flimsy paper sometimes sticks to the mat so much that the materials tear, sometimes making it even difficult or almost impossible to remove debris from the mat.
