Our operations have switched to single use items for a 'safer' Covid service. This is a great option in terms of looks. They're a bit thin, but our waiters put them on tables, so we don't care. I'm not sure if we would offer them at the buffet because I'm not sure how they will hold up on the crowded plates of the customers they serve themselves.
