Wanted to cap my pex A pipe for testing and something that is easy to reuse
I bought both the 3/4 and 1/2 versions of these to use as test caps for my PEX A expansion piping project. The advantage of using the push to connect is that you can reuse these and they don't require a lot of effort to remove compared to a crimp or expansion plug.
- I used the cap on a copper pipe that I needed to cut. It went on easy, and I don’t have any leaks.
- Product may not be compatible with high-pressure systems, reducing its effectiveness in certain applications
