This is a great phone case for me. I can touch the surface of my phone as if it doesn't have a built-in screen protector. It was strong and durable for my purposes. , without scratches and cracks on the screen and body. The only very minor downsides: no headphone dust cover and no charging port; and the rear camera is exposed. As announced, the bezel around the rear camera is recessed, only the camera lens itself is not covered. I understand the logic behind not having a dust cover over the power button as it is also a fingerprint lock for the phone. If they had a cover for those two areas, the headphone and charging ports, and a plastic cover for the rear camera, that would be great for heavy-duty applications like house building and theater set construction. Other than that it was excellent. I highly recommend picking it up for the design and normal everyday use like photos, videos, etc. I might consider getting the clear case option for fan convention season if I can attend again.
