Review on 🔒 Tow Tuff TTF-0345TC Universal Locking Spare Tire Carrier by Greg Bellman

I really like the holder. I've used it on a HF trailer with 12" tires/wheels and 5 on a 4.5" lug pattern. The mount is perfect for this bar pattern. I did not mount it on the trailer frame as shown in the picture. Instead, it was attached to the side rails of the bed. I simply used carriage bolts pointing outwards from the inside of the rail and screwed on the rod holder. The bracket and spare wheel are attached like a brick. The locking tabs aren't as strong as in the photo, but they work well. The tabs stick out a bit further than the sidewalls of the tires so I'm concerned about snagging on clothing etc if I'm walking next to a trailer. Overall I think the device is pretty nice.
