These nuts are fine. I bought these for use on a 2001 Xterra. Standard nuts use a 21mm head. The "key" to this is the 19mm head, which means I now have to carry extra tools in the trunk to change tires when needed. The "key" appears to be universal, and any thief who buys one of these likely has a "key" that fits any Dorman brand locknut. Others note that they can be turned away with a lock. although I haven't tried it, I have no doubt that this is a lie. Also, the seat is noticeably smaller than the OEM nuts and I would be afraid to change more than one or there might not be enough contact with the wheel. , it's good to slow down a potential thief. A determined thief cannot be stopped by this.
