Review on Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 265/60 R18 110H all season by Mateusz Brd ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

I jumped into a Ssangyong Kyron 4 * 4 xdi20, which had previously been a Nokia Nordman SUV 2. 235-75. Prior to them, a standard guano nexen Rodian 235-75 had been there for a brief period of time. The choice of rubber in size 225-75 is much wider than 235-75, so I initially went to winter 225-75 and later summer to the same size. Comment after driving for two to three months (in the city and to and from Karelia). They are noisy on asphalt, of course, because the tread is muddier than on a freeway. quite strong on the ground, tenacious, and very good on fairly typical muddy woodland roads. They don't float in puddles; they retain it in a rut (or at least, it didn't accelerate to float). A flaw that I previously read about in other reviews but ignored has now come to my attention: after soils and even on regular asphalt, any small pebbles stuck in the wide tread grooves do not come out on their own and make noise and click while driving. This requires periodic manual trimming. It doesn't create any __special__ inconvenience, but I'm writing this for people for whom comfort comes before inconvenience. Rubber is soft, which helps the suspension smooth out bumps and cracks in the pavement with regard to comfort. I'm content so far.

Pros
  • Well-balanced, soft, and ostensibly smoother than the Nokia Nordman SUV 2
Cons
  • I haven't found it yet; perhaps later I'll add something.
