I like that you can see your tasks at any given point in order of importance so it is easy for me as an owner/manager or leader when deciding what needs doing next! The only thing i dislike about this program are some bugs which have been addressed but not completely fixed yet (e-mailing from task list doesn't always show up).
If there was more communication between customers we could use their feedback much easier than having them send us emails asking questions etc - they then often forget our response has arrived because nothing shows through email until after 24 hours!! This saves lots of back & forth emails with each other regarding work orders / issues being resolved quicker too if someone else sends out something via mail rather than waiting till another day!
