You would be mad to install this - error prone design - valve leaks and no response from seller.

Love it - except it leaks horribly from the primary valve (NOT the hose fittings). Service requested, repair 3 weeks ago - no response. So I think it might be a good product but I can't tell due to the seller's poor replacement service. Review Update/Edit: So, after constant seemingly random leaks, I removed the bidet and took it apart. See attached photos. I was just shocked. PROBLEM 1 (most critical): The main valve is connected to the supply pipe by a simple rubber or neoprene molded gasket. It was pretty loose - it meant you didn't have to press hard to get the meaning into the sentence - it just fit loosely on the sentence line. This is crazy: if you have (say) 80psi of water in your house, if there is ANY leak at that connection point, you could flood your bathroom and have major water damage problems. Think about it: unlike a leaking toilet flush/fill valve, where failure of the valve will simply result in the toilet leaking and waste water - if THAT valve port is leaking, it's on the outside of the toilet - and on Your floor flows and maybe a floor below. It's an insane risk! In my opinion, this construction borders on negligence. QUESTION 1 (also bad): Look at the photo of the clear plastic line surrounding the valve. It transports water from the open valve to the spray head. You can see that the hose has become opaque and cracked at the end - it is brittle and will leak again under pressure. Apparent quality control issue. So what I'm seeing is a very poor and dangerous design choice coupled with poor part quality. I definitely wouldn't install that. BUT - if the connection from the pipe to the valve for a domestic plumbing could be made properly safe/secure AND the quality of the pipe could be improved then this would be a good product. That's a lot of "if". Avoid!
