I like the BB-270 Duo. But I have a problem with M12x1 water connections. Water and a HOT water valve located very close to the toilet. I was looking for TWO ADAPTERS, 3/8" internal thread M12x1 + ANOTHER 26" hose (M12x1 internal thread - M12x1 internal thread) for the hot water connection. Love it - except it leaks horribly from the primary valve (NOT the hose fittings). Service requested, repair 3 weeks ago - no response. So I think it might be a good product but I can't tell due to the seller's poor replacement service. Review Update/Edit: So, after constant seemingly random leaks, I removed the bidet and took it apart. See attached photos. I was just shocked.
