I have been a long time customer of Sanicare Bio Bidet and until recently I was happy with their products. I first installed 3 of these (or a similar model) in a previous house over 12 years ago and have never had a problem. When we moved to a new house in 2015 I reinstalled 3 of these. 2 of these 3 have already failed. One of them developed a leaky valve/pipe inside the bidet body, flooding the bathroom floor; This issue has also been reported by several other customers (see Jack Maturin's review). The second now has a cracked handle (see picture) and won't turn the valve. It looks like the manufacturer resorted to cheap materials or components to keep costs down.
