Don't open the vent for a while. you'll spill your detergent
I wasn't even thinking when I opened the vent on my brand new jug of detergent on this thing. I had a mess everywhere. Basically, wait until you absolutely need it, then tip the jug back up, let in some air, then close it again. at least until you get the amount of detergent down to a level where you can leave it open all the time.Love that it keeps it tilted up, out of the way, and easy to get detergent from.
