Review on Imperva Real-time Application Self Protection (RASP) by Jonathan Clark

The real time threat detection feature is quite useful, it detects threats in real time as well as when they are about to be executed. It can't detect all types of attacks but for most common ones like phishing and malware it does an excellent job. Sometimes its slow response makes me think twice before clicking on suspicious links or attachments from unknown emails. Try out if you have other security products with this one integrated will make things easier for your end users as well as enhance overall performance. We were looking for something that would improve our network's security overall by monitoring traffic and alerts us whenever there was any anomaly detected. This product has helped us achieve exactly what we wanted so far. The most useful feature is that it detects all types of attacks, including SQL injection, cross site scripting, command injections etc. It has an excellent detection rate for these threats which makes me feel confident about using this tool in my day to day work. I am not able to find any downside or dislike from our side while using Rasp. So far no issues at all. We have been solving many real time problems like data breaches, phishing emails and other web applications vulnerabilities by using Rasp.
