I've been using it for 3 months and almost punctured my left shoe. Disappointed the last pair lasted 1 year and I use the theme around the house. I bought this pair for work.

- Good shoes but run small. My husband is 13 and they are too tight he can't wear them.

- Sizes can be small or large
