I was pleased that you do not need to tighten the bracelet too much to read the heart rate; the watch in any position fits quite snugly to the hand, and when experimenting with varying degrees of tightening of the bracelet, there was no difference in the readings. I did not use it under extreme conditions, but under normal conditions, the readings are very similar to the truth. The stress meter seems to respond primarily to the degree of physical fatigue, as I personally had maximum stress readings late in the evening, after a severe lack of sleep the previous night or after a whole day without food. Body Battery seems to just count how long you are not exerting yourself and gradually increase the figure. So after a sleepless night and training, I then lay down for about three hours on TV and, according to subjective sensations, I didn’t have a drop of cheerfulness, and the watch showed an increase of 10 points. Batteries last a maximum of a week, but this is without GPS and provided that you are not picking the menu too actively. The glass does not look durable, but so far there are no scratches on it, despite the fact that I have already applied them well at least twice.
